About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and adherence to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management
- Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management
- Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.)
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s)
Preferred Qualifications
- DSA Project experience
- Local qualified candidates
- Current or previous Large Projects (Ground-Up) project experience

Pay
The base compensation range for this role in San Diego, CA is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. This range may be modified in the future, and an employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and performance.
