About the role

Join our team as a Water Specialist. Responsible for maintaining water quality standards, managing inventory, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain water quality standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes and regulations.
