About the role
Join our dynamic team as a PM Line Cook. We are seeking an experienced individual to lead the kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and service
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall restaurant goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
- Experience leading a kitchen team
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
