Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and inspire them to feel welcome, relaxed, and excited about their experience.
• Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and leave with a positive impression.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain a high level of service and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and follow established procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage with previous similar work experience.
• Basic knowledge of banquet operations.
• A team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage operations.

Pay

$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Hours vary based on restaurant needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
