Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and inspire them with a positive outlook
- Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and with a smile
- Assist with table assignments and seating guests
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a friendly demeanor
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation
Requirements
- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage
- Previous similar work experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of banquet operations
- Team player and hard worker
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
