Host Person - Casual Dining

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Aiding guests with reservations via phone and in person.
• Aiding managers with table management to maximize seating.
• Aiding guests with special requests.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• One year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
• Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
• Available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or work cards at all times.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
