About the role

We are looking for our next great team member to join our Outlets Team. As part of this role, you will be greeting and escorting guests to tables in the restaurant, maintaining a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables in the restaurant.
• Maintain a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials, event orders, and similar written materials.
• Remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items.
• Move throughout a crowded room to seat guests.
• Effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner by listening, demonstrating empathy, and providing proactive solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
• Pitch in and help coworkers with their job duties as a team player.
