About the role
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests.Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their check-in/check-out processes.
- Managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Operating hotel equipment such as televisions, safes, and elevators.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
