About the role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with their check-in/check-out processes.
  • Managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Operating hotel equipment such as televisions, safes, and elevators.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with some weekend and holiday coverage required.
