PM Cook - Every other weekend – No late nights!

Responsibilities

• Uses time efficiently.
• Fulfills HACCP guidelines.
• Serves hospital and department service standards.
• Maintains proper food preparation and cooking.
• Maintains acceptable food temperatures per DOH regulations.
• Performs any task assigned by the Food and Nutrition Department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years experience in a healthcare institution preferred.
• Food safety certificate required or willing and able to obtain within 90 days of employment.
