Responsibilities
- Uses time efficiently.
- Fulfills HACCP guidelines.
- Serves hospital and department service standards.
- Maintains proper food preparation and cooking.
- Maintains acceptable food temperatures per DOH regulations.
- Performs any task assigned by the Food and Nutrition Department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Two years experience in a healthcare institution preferred.
- Food safety certificate required or willing and able to obtain within 90 days of employment.
