Responsibilities

• Provides nutritious meals to the patients, staff, and visitors using standardized recipes.
• Makes sure that all food is properly cooked and has acceptable temperatures according to DOH regulations.
• May be assigned any duty that is the responsibility of the food and nutrition department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years experience in a health care institution is preferred.
• Food safety certificate is required or the willingness and ability to obtain food safety certificate within 90 days of employment.
