Responsibilities
- Provides nutritious meals to the patients, staff, and visitors using standardized recipes.
- Makes sure that all food is properly cooked and has acceptable temperatures according to DOH regulations.
- May be assigned any duty that is the responsibility of the food and nutrition department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Two years experience in a health care institution is preferred.
- Food safety certificate is required or the willingness and ability to obtain food safety certificate within 90 days of employment.
