PM Cleaning Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nighttime Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations while being hands-on during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in cleaning management, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This is a full-time role with fluctuating days each week. Candidate preferred to speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Create weekly work schedules for employees based on bus schedules.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with the office to ensure seamless operations and address any specific cleaning and maintenance requirements.
• Fuel and dump the buses.
• Willingness to obtain a CDL is preferred.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

$30.00 per hour plus up to $1,000 per month performance bonus after probation period.
