Care Manager

About the role

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to seniors by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities to foster meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it

Pay

Competitive pay range: $17.20 - $21.55 per hour.
