Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Following personalized care plans and documenting changes
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services
• Maintaining a clean environment
• Creating enriching experiences for memory care residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
