About the Role

This position is for a Project Manager with strong business analyst capabilities. The role will focus on project management (approximately 70%) and business analysis (approximately 30%), with a significant need for reporting and dashboarding supported by AI and Jira. You will join a support organization responsible for critical infrastructure and lab operations, managing a large-scale environment that includes thousands of pieces of networking, server, storage, and head-end equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for up to three concurrent projects, owning deadlines, accountability, agendas, and cross-team coordination.
• Create and manage project timelines, schedules, deliverables, and Gantt charts; communicate status and manage changes and risks.
• Produce and validate monthly and quarterly leadership reports, using AI where helpful with careful human validation of outputs.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards for real-time visibility and translate planning artifacts into Jira for project and ticket tracking.
• Work directly with engineers and communicate at technical levels.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Jira proficiency, including the ability to write JQL and build dashboards.
• Ability to create and manage timelines, schedules, deliverables, and Gantt charts.
• Comfort producing and validating leadership-level reporting (monthly/quarterly).
• Interpersonal communication skills across all levels, comfort voicing opinions, and keeping teams aligned and accountable.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and communicate at technical levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfort using AI for report generation and content creation.
• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.
• Microsoft Project experience.
• Familiarity with a data lake or Tableau reporting ecosystem.
• Infrastructure background (servers, networking, data centers) or construction experience.
• Telecom experience.
• Enterprise-scale project experience.
