What You’ll Do
- Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
- Keep truck inventory stocked and organized
- Complete paperwork and process payments accurately
- Mentor apprentices and support team development
- Occasionally participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)
- Skills: Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven
- Physical Ability: Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed
- Tech-Friendly: Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
Pay
$24 - $32/hour plus performance bonuses
