Overview Plumbing Service TechnicianPosition Overview We are seeking an Experienced Residential Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork. We are under new management and are locally owned and vet operated. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homesPerform routine maintenance and service callsCommunicate solutions and pricing with customersComplete paperwork, debrief and invoice in ServiceTitanCollect payments.Attend weekly training meetings with team What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.Ability to diagnose issues and present clear repair/replacement options to homeowners.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Valid driver’s license Work Environment & Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods of timePushing and pullingLifting 50+ lbs.
