With headquarters in Manassas, VA, and 16 offices throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware, we cover a vast territory and have become a household name in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. We are currently looking to fill our Plumbing Service Manager role in Rockville, MD.
Responsibilities
Leadership Excellence - Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Performance - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships.
Operational Optimization - Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Technical Expertise - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services.
Customer Satisfaction - Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team.
Team Development - Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with a track record of driving revenue performance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
HVAC certification and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
