Plumbing Service Manager

We are a locally owned residential HVAC and home performance company serving homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area. For nearly two decades, we have built our reputation on exceptional craftsmanship, honest services, strong customer relations, and taking care of our employees. We're looking for an experienced working Plumbing Service Manager to help build this department from the ground up. This isn't a role where you're stepping into an existing department. You'll have the opportunity to help establish processes, serve customers in the field, develop the plumbing team, and work directly with ownership to build a premier residential plumbing operation. As the division grows, you'll play a key role in hiring, training, developing systems, and helping shape the future of the business.

What you will be doing

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting and replacement work
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department
• Help establish department processes, pricing, standards and best practices
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency
• Review completed work for quality and profitability
• Train, mentor and develop future plumbing technicians
• Assist with recruiting and growing the plumbing team
• Work closely with ownership and other managers to support company growth
• Maintain high standards for safety, professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Help establish key performance metrics and accountability within the department

What we are looking for

• Highly experienced residential plumber
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
• Advanced communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using technology; experience using Service Titan preferred
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail

Pay

$85,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience + bonuses
