Pay

The pay is hourly with overtime for anything over 40 hours. We also pay spiffs for addon sales and monthly profit sharing of up to 6% of gross sales based on individual performance. Average annual wages exceed $100k.

Requirements

• A good driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license
• A Texas Tradesman’s or Journeyman’s plumbing license
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explain each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles
