This role is more than fixing plumbing issues—you are the face of the company in the customer's home, responsible for building trust, educating homeowners, and identifying solutions that improve the comfort, safety, and efficiency of their plumbing systems. You Will Diagnose residential plumbing systemsEducate homeowners on repair and replacement optionsProvide professional recommendationsGenerate opportunities (TGLs) for larger plumbing projects when appropriateDeliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Key Responsibilities Plumbing Service & Diagnostics Diagnose residential plumbing issuesPerform plumbing repairs and service workTroubleshoot water, drain, sewer, gas, and fixture problemsEnsure repairs meet company quality standards Customer Experience Build rapport with every homeownerClearly explain findings and available solutionsDeliver a consistent five-star customer experienceLeave every home clean and respected Performance & Accountability Generate Tech Generated Leads (TGLs) for replacement opportunitiesTake ownership of productivity and customer satisfactionParticipate in ongoing coaching and developmentMaintain strong closing ratios through trust and education Communication & Teamwork Communicate with dispatch and managementComplete accurate ServiceTitan documentationMaintain inventory on assigned vehicleWork collaboratively with install teams and comfort advisors Standards & Consistency Follow all safety procedures and company standardsMaintain a clean, organized service vehicleWear company uniforms professionallyParticipate in meetings and training What We're Looking For 21 years of age or olderValid Nevada driver's license Conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana)Residential plumbing service experience preferredDrain cleaning and diagnostic experience preferredWater heater installation experience preferredStrong customer communication skillsProfessional appearanceDetail-oriented and solution-focusedSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeAbility to educate customers without pressure Important This is NOT a high-pressure sales role.We believe in educating—not selling.Our technicians build trust through honesty, professionalism, and expertise.Your recommendations should always be in the customer's best interest.Success comes from delivering exceptional service every day.
