Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing needs
• Ensure customers have healthy home and living conditions
• Communicate with customers to help them make informed and confident buying decisions
• Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks accurately the first time
• Install pipes, fixtures, and assemble fittings and valves
• Maintain proper stock, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Document necessary details during work on units
• Communicate effectively with customers about ongoing work and decisions
• Follow written and verbal instructions from managers and leadership

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair residential plumbing needs
• Desire to work daily to ensure customer satisfaction
• Skilled in communicating with customers to make informed decisions
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledgeable in choosing appropriate plumbing materials based on budget and location
• Attention to detail and ability to document work accurately
