Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve residential plumbing issues
• Perform drain cleaning, leak repairs, fixture replacements, and water heater services
• Educate customers and provide professional solutions
• Build trust with homeowners through exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
• Work closely with dispatch and management to deliver a 5-star customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
