Plumbing Service Technician

PF Plumbing is growing its team and recruiting men and women who are technically and manually skilled in plumbing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Extremely reliable and professional
• Technically and manually skilled in plumbing
• Sales background strongly preferred

Pay

• $60,000 to $100,000 annually
• One of the highest paying plumbing companies in the area

Service Technician Details

• No 24/7 or on call
• Company Phone (or monetary reimbursement for a portion of the bill) and iPad
• Continued Education
• Commission
• Service techs are kept highly trained and up to date with all the “new stuff” — plan to get extra training here
• Weekly staff meetings that are often catered
• Clean, fully stocked trucks with over $10k worth of tools
• Company provided vehicle (if you live within a 30-mile radius of the shop)
• 1 on 1 meeting with your manager every week to gauge performance and ensure you’re happy and expectations are being met
