What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing residential plumbing service team.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top plumbing talent.
- Increase department revenue while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching to improve technical performance, communication, and sales effectiveness.
- Drive key performance indicators including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, memberships, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Hold technicians accountable while creating a positive, winning culture.
- Partner with dispatch and leadership to maximize scheduling efficiency and production.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety expectations, and plumbing code requirements.
- Build a department where technicians thrive, customers become lifelong clients, and revenue continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing a residential plumbing service department
- Proven success growing revenue and improving team performance
- Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing plumbing technicians
- Strong understanding of residential service operations and KPIs
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to consistently achieve results
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is preferred
