We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. The posting includes: About This Role (we can map to About the role). Responsibilities: "In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For ..." includes bullet-like sentences. Requirements: there is "Required Qualifications" with subpoints. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections we have content for. We have: - About the role: content from "About This Role" paragraph. - Responsibilities: content from "In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For ..." list. - Requirements: maybe the "Required Qualifications" includes Experience, Licensing, Technical Expertise, Project Management Skills, Leadership & Mentorship, Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills, Compliance & Safety, Business Acumen, Communication Skills, Technology Proficiency, Availability & Flexibility, Driver’s License, Physical Requirements. That's a lot; could be considered Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe we could separate "Required Qualifications" as Qualifications, but we already used Requirements. Could combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering all required qualifications), Benefits, Pay (they mention Competitive pay based on experience, Sales commission, Commission pay, Weekly Paychecks). Also Schedule? They mention flexible schedules, willingness to respond after-hours, evenings and weekends as needed. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule. We should not include sections with placeholder or vague like "commensurate with experience". But we have actual statements: Competitive pay based on experience, Sales commission on selected projects, Commission pay on all revenue, Reliable, Year-Round Work, Weekly Paychecks, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Company Matched 401k. That's benefits and pay. Pay section: we have "Competitive pay based on experience Sales commission on selected projects Commission pay on all revenue". That's specific enough. Schedule: "flexible schedules, professional and on-the-job training, and growth plans." plus "Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies and take on flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed." So schedule content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove "Southern Home Services is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "This is a non-exempt position." maybe not needed but it's substantive? It's about classification; could be considered part of requirements? Might be minor metadata; we could drop or include in a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can drop the EEO and non-exempt line. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details from the posting. We'll produce HTML with sections:

About the role

... paragraph from About This Role.

Requirements

We need to list all required qualifications as list items. Could group under subheadings? But we only allowed

We could split some into separate list items for readability but it's okay to have long items.

    Benefits

    • Rewarding career path with great benefits
    • Flexible schedules
    • Professional and on-the-job training
    • Growth plans
    • Competitive pay based on experience
    • Sales commission on selected projects
    • Commission pay on all revenue
    • Reliable, Year-Round Work
    • Weekly Paychecks
    • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
    • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits
    • Company Matched 401k
But note: "Competitive pay based on experience" etc could be in Pay section. However we already have Benefits section includes pay items; but we also need Pay section if we have specific pay info. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine pay into Benefits, but we also have a separate Benefits heading. However we have both Benefits and Pay as possible headings. We need to decide. We have benefits list includes many items; pay items are part of benefits but could be separate. Since we have both headings allowed, we could make Benefits section for non-pay benefits (flexible schedules, training, growth plans, PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401k). And Pay section for competitive pay, sales commission, commission pay, weekly paychecks, reliable year-round work. Let's do that. Thus:

    Benefits

    • Flexible schedules
    • Professional and on-the-job training
    • Growth plans
    • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
    • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits
    • Company Matched 401k

    Pay

    • Competitive pay based on experience
    • Sales commission on selected projects
    • Commission pay on all revenue
    • Reliable, Year-Round Work
    • Weekly Paychecks
Schedule: we have info about willingness to respond after-hours, flexible schedules, evenings and weekends as needed. Also mention flexible schedules already in benefits; but schedule section can detail expectations.

    Schedule

    • Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies
    • Flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
We should not duplicate flexible schedules; but it's okay. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, non-exempt, etc. Check that we preserved all substantive information: About the role paragraph, responsibilities list, requirements list (all subpoints), benefits list, pay list, schedule list. We omitted "Rewarding career path with great benefits" maybe covered by benefits; but we have specific benefits. Could add "Rewarding career path" as a benefit item but it's vague; maybe we can include as a benefit item: "Rewarding career path". It's substantive? It's a bit generic but it's in posting. Could include. Also "Be a part of the team our customers call the finest in the industry." That's more fluff; maybe we can drop as boilerplate? It's not a benefit per se but it's a statement. Could be considered fluff; but it's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's a marketing line. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not boilerplate; it's a statement about team. Might be considered substantive? It's vague but it's in posting. Safer to include as a benefit item: "Be part of the team our customers call the finest in the industry." We'll include. Also "Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses around the United States. We are seeking business leaders to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future. Are you ready to be Part of Something BIGGER!" That's introductory fluff; maybe we can drop as it's not specific to role. But it's part of description; but we already have About the role section; we could incorporate some of that into About the role? The About This Role paragraph already covers role overview. The introductory sentences are generic company description; could be considered boilerplate? Not exactly legal; but it's fluff. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not explicitly remove marketing fluff. However we should preserve ALL substantive information; is that substantive? It's about company mission; maybe not
