About the role
Responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Requires strong mechanical skills and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair various types of plumbing fixtures and systems
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople
- Perform routine maintenance checks on existing plumbing systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
