Plumbing/HVAC Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a Plumbing/HVAC Dispatcher to join our team! This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused role and enjoys helping clients with their plumbing & HVAC-related needs. Schedule Monday to Friday. 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about plumbing services, pricing, and timelines.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Initiate outbound calls for service plan reminders and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services.
• Work closely with technicians and sales staff to coordinate service requests.
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Aid with administrative tasks to support business operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in a customer service or call center role.
• Educational Requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer proficiency (Google Suite preferred).
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of our service area is a plus.
