Responsibilities

• Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: call history, dispatch boards, technician ability, equipment age, warranty, and routing.
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates, and resolve issues.
• Perform check-in calls with service technicians to assist with close-out and dispatch to the next call.
• Research and assign calls.
• Maintain the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department.
• Participate in training as necessary.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC Dispatch experience (preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan) (preferred).
• Strong mathematical, language, communication, and computer skills.
• Must be able to work daily from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Must be able to work at our Tualatin office.

Pay

$21-$28 per hour.
