Service Dispatcher - HVAC & Plumbing

About the Role

We’re a family-owned HVAC and plumbing service company based in Chantilly, serving Northern Virginia. Our dispatch board needs a steady hand to manage 15+ service technicians, keep customers informed, and maintain efficiency during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily schedule for 15+ service technicians using ServiceTitan
• Route calls by location, skill, and urgency to minimize drive time and maximize repair time
• Rework the schedule for job delays, missing parts, or emergency calls
• Proactively update customers on arrival times
• Maintain accurate job notes, statuses, and capacity in ServiceTitan
• Collaborate with the call center, service manager, and techs to keep the board full

Requirements

• Dispatch experience at an HVAC or plumbing service company
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceTitan dispatch board
• Ability to work on-site at our Chantilly office
• Calm and quick decision-making under pressure
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility for longer days during peak emergency season

Qualifications

• Preferred: Knowledge of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties
