About the Role

Service Champions, a leading Home Services Company specializing in Heating, Cooling, Water, Electrical, and Plumbing solutions, is seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our dynamic Bay Area Service Team based at the San Jose Service Center. As a Plumber, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional plumbing services to residential clients, contributing to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck to customers.
• Set leads and sell Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process for larger projects.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines during all plumbing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.
• Familiarity with Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships is a plus.

Pay

• Starting hourly wage: $27.50 - $35
• 3% commission on leads set for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs that result in a sale.
• 10% commission on parts sold directly from the truck.
