PLG Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Branch is looking for a talented and motivated engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining features that power our mobile measurement and linking platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and ship new features
• Debug and resolve production issues across our distributed systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Optimize performance and improve system observability

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Go, Python, or similar)
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS or Android) is a plus
• Familiarity with ad-tech, attribution, or marketing technology is a strong plus

Pay

• Base salary range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year
• Performance-based bonuses and equity grants

• Full-time, salaried position
• Flexible working hours with core collaboration window (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT)
