Platform Owner, Lead Generation Laboratory
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and administer all Lead Lab data platforms, including tools for wealth identification, enrichment, relationship mapping, and financial trigger monitoring (e.g., Windfall, Equilar, Aidentified, Seamless.AI, Clay)
- Monitor vendor developments and evaluate new functionality; manage contract renewals and vendor relationships
- Lead ongoing platform rationalization — eliminating redundancy and maximizing utilization across the enrichment stack
- Stay current on emerging AI-powered enrichment tools and signal detection technologies
- Build and maintain enrichment flows into Salesforce leads, prospects, and client records
- Ensure data quality, deduplication, and freshness across the firm’s ~50,000-person client base
- Coordinate with the Salesforce admin team and Practice Development on schema design and workflow updates
- Serve as key liaison between Central Solutions, Partner Development, and technical execution teams
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Graph API integration to surface historical email connections between advisors and prospective clients
- Surface warm introduction signals and route connection intelligence to the Concierge Desk and Practice Development
- Ensure the linkage engine operates reliably and that output is actionable for business development teams
Team & Platform Leadership
- Directly manage two Lead Lab Analysts, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with business development goals
- Own the Lead Lab’s reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and weekly scored lead batch delivery
- Liaise across Central Solutions, Practice Development, and Capital Solutions to ensure the platform serves front-line needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in finance, data, or related field a plus
- 5–10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a data/operations role in a complex professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM — ideally with hands-on configuration or administration experience
- Technical comfort with APIs and data integration concepts; ability to communicate with engineers and translate business needs into technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Clay) or workflow automation platforms
- Familiarity with financial planning tools such as eMoney, Holistiplan, or Addepar/Orion
- Prior experience managing direct reports or a small team
Skills And Competencies
- Familiarity with wealth data platforms such as Windfall, Equilar, Aidentified, BoardEx, or similar tools
- Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple vendor relationships and complex data workflows
- Strong communicator who can translate data insights into actionable guidance for advisors and leadership
- Must accept and thrive in a fast-moving, build-phase environment with evolving priorities
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional travel to firm offices or vendor meetings may be required
