Responsibilities
- Manage and advance API integration platforms and related infrastructure components
- Lead platform enhancement efforts for secure integration between internal and external services
- Provide guidance for application service design and transaction workflows
- Follow infrastructure-as-code best practices for environment consistency
- Drive operational excellence through on-call support and post-mortem investigations
- Perform unit testing, complex debugging, and identify automation opportunities
- Write detailed technical documentation for systems and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of experience in IT systems delivery, operations, and support (preferably in healthcare)
- 3+ years of experience managing IT systems
- Hands-on experience with API Gateway management, HTTP integration, API authentication frameworks, SSL certificates, infrastructure as code, and AWS services
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
