About the role

The Platform Commercial Executive/Product Sales Expert drives regional growth and sales performance across North America. Acting as both a product champion and sales enabler, the role turns Platform strategy into regional execution to sustain momentum and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Align Platform strategy with company objectives and build execution plans for NAM.
  • Drive initiatives that increase traction, improve profitability, and support new and existing customers.
  • Create and close opportunities through outbound prospecting and self-originated campaigns.
  • Support testing and validation of new business motions in NAM.
  • Own the outbound sales cycle across NAM in close collaboration with Platform AEs.
  • Prospect, research, and target customers through multi-channel outreach to build a self-generated pipeline.
  • Execute HQ-led executive outreach campaigns, qualify named accounts, secure Discovery meetings, and progress opportunities.
  • Run campaigns focused on UCaaS, CCaaS, Martech, and AI from identification through close.
  • Spend time with customers to build relationships, understand needs, and identify adoption opportunities.
  • Provide local support to US revenue teams with same-day pricing decisions and joint account planning.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Platform products, competition, and trends across UCaaS, CCaaS, Martech, and AI.
  • Serve as the regional Platform expert for sales teams and customers.
  • Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence for HQ.
  • Identify and validate newly created Vertical AI companies as Infobip ICPs.
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align product strategy and commercial initiatives.
  • Bridge NAM sales teams and the global Platform team through communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor pipeline velocity, forecasting, account strategy, and planning to achieve commercial targets.

Requirements

Background in business or product, with a strong understanding of sales and consultancy.

Proven experience in CPaaS, SaaS, or platform product sales, with a track record of exceeding quota through outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline.

Strong commercial mindset with analytical, sales acceleration, and negotiation skills.

Experience in solution selling, including proposals, value propositions, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence.

Proactive, self-starter mindset with a hunter attitude and the ability to work independently across North America.

Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel to support key opportunities, field teams, and executive engagement with named accounts.

Open to travel within the U.S. based on customer and business needs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product management, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or platform products.
