Job Summary

Giro Pack, Inc. is seeking a Plate Mounter at their Vidalia, GA location. This position involves operating and maintaining mounting plates machines, adhering to customer and manufacturing specifications, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mounting plates machine & cleaning plates machine
• Follow printing planning orders and priorities
• Maintain/clean/lube machinery & work area according to procedures
• Complete required forms/documents
• Follow all inspection procedures
• Report all shortcomings/imperfections/mechanical/electrical incidents to supervisor
• Insure plates correspond to the proper job assignment

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds)
• Commitment to safety rules
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery
• Fast-paced environment experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Quality and attention to detail focused
• Warehouse experience (asset but not necessary)
• Able to work flexible schedule
