About the role

As a Plate Maker, you will learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process through fully paid, on-the-job training. The opportunity for growth and advancement depends on individual performance, with two separate performance/wage reviews within your first year of employment.

Pay

Starting pay is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass competency assessments. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 USD hourly, based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Schedule

2nd shift: 1:00pm - 9:30pm, with flexibility to work overtime.

Requirements

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 30 lbs
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours
• Vision abilities include close vision for inspection of work
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
