About the role

As a Plate Maker, you will learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process through fully paid, on-the-job training. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for growth and advancement based on individual performance.

Schedule

1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (flexible to work overtime).

Pay

Starting pay is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two 50-cent increases over the first year upon passing competency assessments. Two performance/wage reviews occur within the first year. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21.00 – $22.00 USD hourly, reflecting cost of labor across geographic markets and considering experience and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Inspecting work with close vision abilities
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours
• Lifting up to 30 lbs

Requirements

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently
