Plastic Surgery PA - Full-Time

About the Role

This position is within the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, focusing on delivering patient-centered care in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Manage cosmetic and reconstructive patients.
• Assist in surgeries and perform postoperative visits.
• Conduct ambulatory procedures.
• Support clinic activities, including the development and maintenance of educational materials.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician's Assistant program.
• Certification by ANCC or NCCPA.
• State licensure in Georgia.
• Current BLS certification.
• Full credentialing required.

Skills

• Ability to examine patients, diagnose conditions, and plan treatments.
• Coordinate and assist in surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Promote and support clinic programs.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills.
