Planview Administrator

About the role

This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the Planview environment. The Planview Administrator III will manage system configurations, user access, reporting, and testing while partnering with business and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and overall platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Planview platform, including system configurations and user access.
• Configure screens, fields, workflows, reports, and resource data.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
• Monitor and assist with system integrations and production support.
• Provide end-user support, training, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Assist with testing, quality assurance, and validation of system changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Planview administration experience.
• Experience administering Planview or a similar enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or financial system.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, user security, and data management.
• Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and testing system enhancements.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, middleware, or batch processing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay

$92,000 - $138,000/year (Based on experience)

Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid/Remote)
