Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintain and renew service contracts in SAP for all regions
- Perform and monitor service contract invoicing
- Maintain service contract files in accordance with quality procedures
- Affiliate in reporting service contract information and performance to regional and corporate management
- Affiliate in integration of new service products into the service contract system
- Provide best possible support by developing, maintaining relationships with regional sales, service and support staff
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done
- Maintain new product information (i.e. extended warranty program literature for promoting aftermarket service products)
- Maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Proven hands on experience with SAP
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, self-starter and capable of multi-tasking, managing projects and working effectively with colleagues
- High energy and willingness to provide high level of customer support
Qualifications
- Two year college degree or equivalent experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word and PowerPoint
