Plant Utility - Finishing
Responsibilities
Include training/qualification at the following operator jobs: Cold Mill Operator, Coil Finishing Operator - TL, Coil Finishing Operator - HV, Utility Operator – Lab Tech, Shipping and Receiving Operator, Entry/Exit Operator.
- Must possess a high degree of safety awareness.
- Must be knowledgeable and be willing to comply with plant safety rules and departmental safety practices.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Must be knowledgeable about all phases of the Finishing Plant production processes.
- Leadership, teamwork, and coaching skills are required.
- Strong verbal communications skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good work attendance is required (less than four attendance points).
