Responsibilities

  • Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months
  • Maintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and plantings
  • Auxiliary coordination of contractors for larger maintenance projects
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored
  • Communicate with residents and management regarding maintenance needs and updates
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in building trades is a plus
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
