Maintenance Technician

Maintanance & Repairs

• Perform daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders.
• Aid in preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
• Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections regularly.

Operational Support

• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to address maintenance priorities.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies or parts are needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel is preferred.
• A basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is required.

Physical Role

• The physical role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

Schedule

• A flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays is offered.
