Responsibilities
Include training/qualification at the following operator jobs: Cold Mill Operator, Coil Finishing Operator - TL, Coil Finishing Operator - HV, Utility Operator – Lab Tech, Shipping and Receiving Operator, Entry/Exit Operator.
Required Qualifications
- High degree of safety awareness
- Knowledgeable and willing to comply with plant safety rules and departmental safety practices
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable about all phases of the Finishing Plant production processes
- Leadership, teamwork, and coaching skills
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good work attendance (less than four attendance points)
- Adhere to and support company quality, environmental, health & safety, and certification standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, and ASI Certifications, where applicable.
