Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks, including Framing, Drywall hanging and finishing, Woodworking and wood finishing, Dropped ceiling installation, Commercial flooring, Painting and wallpaper installation
- Assist completing repairs and maintenance across facility systems: Basic plumbing, HVAC support, Other building systems as needed
- Assist with branding updates and specialized projects
- Follow safety and infection-control procedures, especially in patient areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance
- Skilled in drywall, commercial flooring, painting, and general repairs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after-hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
