About the role

Blackdog Home Services is a growing handyman business within Blackdog Builders, an industry leader in residential remodeling serving Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts since 1989. Our team is recognized for excellence in design, production, and management, and we maintain a 95% client satisfaction rating. We are seeking experienced Carpenters/Technicians to perform a variety of handyman services.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of handyman services including drywall, painting, tiling, roofing, cabinetry, finish work, light plumbing, and electrical
• Work both indoors and outdoors, on ladders, and on rooftops
• Operate independently within a structured environment
• Travel to job sites across Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire

Requirements

• 5–10 years of related carpentry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and kneel
• Ownership of basic carpentry tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to work across Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
• Pride in craftsmanship

Pay

Competitive base wage: $45,000–$60,000 per year (approximately $23–$32 per hour)
