About the role

Techo-bloc USA is seeking a Plant Reliability and Automation Supervisor to join our team in Douglassville, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations and automation systems, with experience in supervising and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure plant safety and efficiency
• Develop and implement plant improvement plans
• Manage and mentor a team of automation technicians and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations and automation
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience with plant safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and technologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
