Plant Receptionist
The Administrative Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting with HR supply ordering and organization at the plant.

Responsibilities
- Provide the proper warm welcome of all visitors and team members into the area.
- Control the traffic flow to other human resource individuals and offices.
- Handle employee questions as they arise or direct them to the proper human resources representative to handle.
- Keep HR training rooms orderly daily.
- Make employee identification badges and assign the appropriate access levels.
- Manage Plant office supply inventory and ordering.
- Issue temporary employee identification/timecard badges for team members, visitors, and third-party contractors.
- Translate documents and employee conversations as needed.
- Distribute employee memorial bereavement boxes and handle inventory levels.
- Perform all other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school graduate; some college preferred.
- Office clerical experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- 2+ years in the human resources department is a plus.
- Ability to function in a HRIS and Timekeeping system but not mandatory.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Organizing skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.
- Ability to interact and remain calm in high-pressure, tense, and chaotic employee instances at times.
- Microsoft Skills, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Intermediate Excel.
- Ability to work in an environment that might change every minute of every day.

Pay
Commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
