• Assure product quality and contract compliance
• Manage and develop a team of quality engineers and inspectors
• Maintain and implement the quality management system
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and corporate/division policies
• Maintain a corrective action system
• Implement performance measurements
• Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality

Manage and Develop a Team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors

• Foster quality compliance and continual improvement
• Coordinate plant personnel for internal, customer, and third-party quality system audits

Maintain and Implement the Quality Management System

• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and corporate/division policies
• Maintain a corrective action system
• Implement performance measurements
• Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality

Lead Auditor Experience for AS9100D

• Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma methods, Statistical Process Control, MSA/Gage R&R, Process Capability, FMEA)
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the organization technically and professionally

Pay Range

$88K - $140K/year
