Plant Operations Director

Duties And Responsibilities

• Completes work orders alongside their team members
• Absorbs apartment turnovers - painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing
• Maintains grounds and landscaping around the community
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
• Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments

Qualifications

• Commitment to Life Safety/Emergency Compliance
• Prior property management or multifamily housing experience preferred
• Knowledge of building construction is helpful
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
• Passes a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
